Minnevika railway bridge

Minnevika railway bridge - the longest railway bridge in Norway at the time of construction. Located in Minnesund with main client Bane NOR SF. Arctic carried out much of the concrete work as a subcontractor to PNC Norge AS. Initially, our scope included concrete work on a unit rate basis for the abutment and then all cross beams. In addition, Arctic provided our client with approximately 20 employees on site, performing concrete work, the mobile scaffolding system - MSS, rigging work, etc.
The Minnevika Bridge is an 836 m long concrete bridge with more than 19 spans, commissioned using the MSS method.
Arctic started work on the project in August 2020 and it will be completed in 2023.
