- The contract included a main building of 19,373 square metres, retail space and cinema, office space of 5,674 square metres,
- 12,300 square metres of parking areas, as well as a 707 square metre pedestrian bridge connecting the new retail areas with the existing Amfi Moa East shopping centre
- A total of 38,000 square metres.
