Company structure
Our parent company, Arctic Building & Construction AS, is registered in Norway, and has following subsidiaries:
- Arctic B&C Norway AS: has employees and project activities in Norway
- Arctic B&C Iceland Ehf: has employees and project activities in Iceland
- (Arctic B&C Ukraine: strategies and preparations for participating in and executing projects related to reconstruction at the end of the war)
- (Arctic B&C Sweden: The market is monitored)
- Arctic B&C Poland Sp. z o.o.: consists of staff who perform services for the above sister companies. Services include recruitment, purchasing, internal administration. Recruited persons are employed by the companies in the respective countries for the execution of work in projects.
